INGREDIENTS OF DOUGH:

Wheat Flour, Water, Sugar, Soy Bean Oil, Milk Powder, Vegetable Shortening, Baking Powder, Yeast, Sodium Bicarbonate.

INGREDIENTS OF FILLING:

Cabbage, Textured Soy Concentrate, Chinese Mushroom, Vermicelli, Carrot, Whole Egg, Sesame Seed Oil, Soy Sauce (Water, Soy Bean, Wheat, Salt, Sodium Benzoate Less Than 1/10 of 1% as Food Preservative), Soy Bean Oil, Sugar, Salt, Scallion, Chicken Powder (Salt, Sugar, Corn Starch, MSG, Dehydrated Chicken, Dehydrated Vegetable Powder, H.V.P., Nucleotide Seasoning, Spices), MSG, Pepper.

 

COOKING DIRECTIONS:

Steam Cooker Method:
Remove buns from package. Place in steam cooker or rice-cooker. Bring water to boil and allow to steam for 15 minutes.

Microwave Method:
Remove buns from package. Place buns on the plate. Sprinkle some water on the buns' top and allow 2-3 minutes.
