INGREDIENTS OF DOUGH:

Wheat Flour, Water, Sugar, Soy Bean Oil, Milk Powder, Yeast, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyro Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate/Baking Soda, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Sodium Bicarbonate.

INGREDIENTS OF FILLING:

Chinese Cabbage, Vermicelli, Mushrooms, Carrots, Soy Sauce (Water, Soy Beans, Wheat, Salt, Sodium Benzoate: Less Than 1/10 of 1% As Food Preservative), Salt, Scallion, Ginger, Sesame Seed Oil, Monosodium Glutamate, Sugar & White Pepper.

Contains Wheat, Soy & Milk Ingredients.

 

SERVING DIRECTIONS:

Steam Cooker Method:
Remove buns from package. Bring water to boil. Place buns in steamer and boil for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Microwave Method (3 pcs):
Remove buns from package. Place buns on the plate. Sprinkle some water on the top of the buns and cover with damp paper towel. Heat for 2-3 minutes.
