INGREDIENTS OF DOUGH:

Wheat Flour, Water, Sugar, Soy Bean Oil, Milk Powder, Vegetable Shortening, Baking Powder, Yeast, Sodium Bicarbonate, FD&C Red #3.

INGREDIENTS OF FILLING:

White Sugar, Lotus Seed, Water Peanut Oil, Vegetable Shortening (Palm Oil & Soy Bean Oil), Food Additives (Potassium Sorbate, Citrus Acid).


Contains Wheat, Milk and Peanut Ingredients.

 

COOKING DIRECTIONS:

Steam Cooker Method:
Remove buns from package. Place in steam cooker or rice-cooker. Bring water to boil and allow to steam for 15 minutes.

Microwave Method:
Remove buns from package. Place buns on the plate. Sprinkle some water on the buns' top and allow 2-3 minutes.
