INGREDIENTS FOR DOUGH:

Wheat Flour, Water, Sugar, Soy Bean Oil, Milk Powder, Yeast, Baking Powder (Sodium Acid Pyro Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate/Baking Soda, Corn Starch, Monocalcium Phosphate), Sodium Bicarbonate.

INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING:

Chicken, Soy Sauce (Water, Soy Beans, Wheat, Salt, Sodium Benzoate Less Than 1/10 of 1% as Food Preservative), Scallion, Dark Brown Sugar (Brown Sugar {Sugar, Cane Syrups}, Caramel), Mirin (Corn Syrups, Water, Fermented Rice Extract {Rice, Alcohol, Salt and Citric Acid}, Distilled Vinegar, Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate), Soy Bean Oil, Corn Starch, Water, Garlic Powder and Spice Powder.

Contains Wheat, Soy and Milk Ingredients.

 

SERVING DIRECTIONS:

Steam Cooker Method: 
Remove buns from package. Bring water to boil. Place buns in steamer and boil for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

Microwave Method: (3 pcs.)
Remove buns from package. Place buns on the plate. Sprinkle some water on the buns' top and allow 2-3 minutes.
