INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING:

Chicken, Soy Sauce (Water, Soy Beans, Wheat, Salt, Sodium Benzoate Less Than 1/10 of 1% As Food Preservative), Brown Sugar (Brown Sugar {Sugar, Cane Syrups}, Caramel), Mirin (Corn Syrups, Water, Fermented Rice Extract {Rice, Alcohol, Salt and Citric Acid}, Distilled Vinegar, Sodium Benzoate and Potassium Sorbate), Water, Soy Bean Oil, Corn Starch, Tapioca Flour, Garlic Powder.

Place buns in steamer and steam for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 166 degrees Fahrenheit.
