Wheat Flour, Water, Scallion, Chinese Style Cooked Pork Strips (Pork, Soy Sauce [Water, Soy Bean, Wheat, Salt, Sodium Benzoate Less Than 1/10 of 1% as Food Preservative], Dark Sauce [Water, Extract of Soy Beans, Wheat Flour, Salt, Sugar], Sweet Sauce [Caramel, Molasses, Salt], Grain Alcohol, Sodium Nitrate), Sugar, Soy Bean Oil, Milk Powder, Vegetable Shortening (Palm Oil & Soy Bean Oil), Baking Powder, Salt, Yeast, Sodium Bicarbonate.

COOKING DIRECTIONS:

Steam Cooker Method:
Remove buns from package. Place in steam cooker or rice-cooker. Bring water to boil and steam for 15 minutes.

Microwave Method:
Remove buns from package. Place buns on the plate. Sprinkle some water on top of the rolls and heat for 2-3 minutes.
